What does it entail?

Karate and Japanese yoga training is an excellent means to easily and naturally achieve the following goals:

  • Strengthening coordination, joint mobility, stability

  • Deeper awareness of the present moment through breath and movement

  • Active rest and targeted energy recharge

  • Creating a unique shared experience and lasting memories

The exercise is always adapted to the space and abilities of the group or individual.
